Mobile Alarm Response

Our reliable, highly-trained Response Team, dispatchers and inspectors are available for our clients 24/7, 365 days per year.  Our overall approach involves informing and working directly with our clients’ monitoring company, list of contacts and other authorities.  Our response times are about 30 minutes and a full incident report will be provided on the next business day.

• An external patrol will include locating the alarm area to assess what triggered it as well as conducting a thorough search around the perimeter for visible damage, attempted break-ins and licence plate numbers of nearby or suspicious vehicles.
  
  
• An internal patrol will include a search for further damage or intruders.  In commercial buildings we will identify all employees on the premises. Only when all patrols are complete will the site be cleared and considered secure.

Mobile Patrol

In the case of mobile patrol services, our security professionals ensure their security checks are staggered yet systematic.

• An external patrol will include investigation of any damage – from spotlight checks of all windows, doors and parking areas, to the monitoring of vehicle plate numbers in the vicinity.
• An internal patrol of the entire building or specific areas is also available.  We can even provide on-site visibility to ensure there is both a vehicle and a uniformed presence to challenge or deter crime.
