NOVEMBER 5, 2009

Canadians overestimate how long the average veteran serves in the Canadian Forces and how many of them retire with pensions, according to a Nanos Research survey released today by Commissionaires in time for Remembrance Day.

OCTOBER 28, 2009

Commissionaires Ottawa has introduced new security services to Northern Ontario with the opening of a Sudbury office that will offer state-of-the-art digital fingerprinting technology. Northern businesses and residents will now have access to quicker, more convenient fingerprint and ID services as a direct result of this technology – reducing service turn-around times from several weeks to a few days.

SEPTEMBER 16, 2009

More than 100 women and men, many of whom are military and RCMP veterans, were honoured at a special ceremony today for dedicating 12, 17, 25, 30 or 35 years of loyal and exemplary service as commissionaires… The Guest of Honour was the Honourable John Baird.
