RUN FOR MILITARY FAMILIES

Ottawa-Petawawa: MAY 6-7, 2010

DONATIONS

On May 6-7, 2010, about 20 commissionaires and 20 CFB Petawawa military personnel will run, in pairs and sometimes as a group, from Parliament Hill in Ottawa along Highway 17 West through various communities to Petawawa. 

The purpose of the two-day, 200-km RUN FOR MILITARY FAMILIES event is to raise awareness and funds in support of the Petawawa Military Family Resource Centre (PMFRC) and its mission – which is to enrich the lives of individuals and families of the military community through positive action, education, and support. 

All donations received will be presented to the Executive Director of the Petawawa Military Family Resource Centre on May 7, 2010.

As the lead sponsor and organizer for the RUN FOR MILITARY FAMILIES, Commissionaires Ottawa
is reaching out to citizens and businesses for a monetary contribution in support of the PMFRC.
We are seeking support from both donors and corporate sponsors.

N.B. For all monetary contributions totalling $20.00 or more, tax receipts will be provided upon request.
When requesting a receipt, please provide your FULL NAME and FULL ADDRESS.
