• Our clients are assured that any deficiencies will be documented and tracked until they are addressed through our ISO 9001 Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR), and Corrective Action Request (CAR) system.
• Incident reports are promptly written up by Section Supervisors and forwarded to the client and the designated Operations Manager for that site.
• Serious or specialized issues are quickly escalated to the attention of the Director of Operations, the Director of Human Resources, the Quality Assurance Coordinator, the Chief Financial Officer or the CEO as appropriate.
