There are new rules affecting federal government contractors and employees
Digital fingerprinting is required for federal government contractors and federal government employees who need a security clearance.
As of February 1st, 2017, all federal government contractors and federal government employees who need a security clearance are required to obtain digital fingerprints. Every industry that does business with the federal government is affected, including:

The United States can refuse admission to any person convicted of a criminal offence. This means that if you have a criminal record, you should obtain a US Entry Waiver to ensure that you will not be turned back at the border and that you can legally travel to, or through, the US.
Anyone granted a US Entry Waiver should be at no risk of being refused entry to the US. A US Entry Waiver overrides any personal discretion that US border guards may have.
Obtaining an I-192 waiver to travel to the United States will require fingerprints (we provide this service) and we can also help you with the US Entry Waiver application process. Commissionaires provides Accredited Commissioners for Taking Affidavits to validate sworn statements and documents. In addition, we have dedicated Commissioner of Oaths available at most of our locations. Our services are competitively priced and efficiently managed to ensure quick results. Our services include:
Identification: If you do not have valid ID we can verify your identity and provide you with a legal statutory declaration or affidavit. Simply present a minimum of three items with your name and address such as pay stub, rent receipt or income tax return. We will have you swear an oath in front of an officer.
Missing records: If you know of information related to your legal records that is not on file, you can swear an affidavit to that effect with our agent.
